In the event of a breach of the agreement terms by the Client,
including the unjustified filing of a chargeback claim, our company will
seek full compensation for all damages resulting from such actions, in
accordance with applicable law.
b. Additionally, in extreme
situations, our company may seek the imposition of maximum legal
sanctions, including imprisonment, if the Client’s action qualifies as a
criminal offense.

protect both Clients and our company against dishonest actions and apply

b. Any actions
taken by our company to seek compensation or sanctions will be carried
out with the highest ethical standards and in accordance with applicable
